  2. Storage and Protection: We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to safeguard your personal information. However, no transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed 100% secure. You acknowledge and accept any inherent risks of providing information online.

3. Credit Checks and Consumer Reports

By submitting this Application, you authorize us or our designated third-party service providers to obtain your credit report or perform any necessary background or consumer checks in accordance with applicable law. Any negative findings may affect the approval of your Application.

4. No Guarantee of Approval

Submission of this Application does not guarantee approval for a lease or any other service. Approval is subject to our review of your Application, creditworthiness, and other factors at our discretion. We reserve the right to accept or reject any Application without providing a reason, except as otherwise prohibited by law.

5. References

  1. Consent to Contact: By providing the names and contact information of your references, you confirm that you have obtained their consent to share their information with us and that we may contact them regarding your Application if needed.
  2. Accuracy and Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the reference information you provide. If any of the references request the removal of their information, you must immediately notify us so we can take appropriate action.

6. Electronic Communications

You consent to receive electronic communications from us and our representatives in relation to your Application. We may contact you via email, SMS, or phone for updates, requests for additional information, or other matters related to your Application.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this Application or any decision made regarding your Application.
